Kansas City 5, NYY 1

May 19, 2017 – 7:40 am

What a performance by the Royals’ Danny Duffy. The Yankees have been shut out by a starting pitcher only three times so far this year, and Duffy was the first one to do it for seven innings. As they say, sometimes you just have to tip your hat and move on. Heck, KC just swept the Orioles, so winning the series two games to one is plenty good.
