NYY 6, Toronto 1

July 18, 2012 – 11:28 am

Middle relief continues to be on the scary side. Not a good sign when you have a 6-0 lead in the eighth, and still end up having to use your closer in the ninth. That type thing will eventually bite you in the butt. So far in July, Boone Logan has a 11.75 ERA and .313 BAA and Chad Qualls’ numbers are 6.75 and .370. Joba Chamberlain can’t get back in the bullpen fast enough.
