Atlanta 4, NYY 3

June 19, 2012 – 9:41 pm

All good things must come to an end sometime, and as uni-dimensional as the Yankees are these days, it’s pretty amazing they actually did win ten games in a row. Kuroda couldn’t deliver a quality start, and you know that spells trouble given the ineffectiveness of the Yankee offense. And sure enough, another awful night of 2-for-11 hitting with RISP pretty much cost them this one. And to add insult to injury, one of those hits didn’t score a run and twice the Yankees had runners thrown out at the plate.

Ah well, time to start another winning streak!
