Ah, baby steps. Phil Hughes pitched a true quality start and the Yankees finally hit decently with RISP, going 2-for-7. Three runs against a guy with a 6+ ERA is still pretty pathetic, but hey, a W is a W. And at this point, we’ll take ’em however we can get ’em.
